Description. Robot Coupe CL 30 BISTRO vegetable cutter (without discs)
Vegetable machine, model CL 30 BISTRO - is intended for use in large food processing enterprises with a number of blowers that need to be serviced, no more than 90 jobs per year. The body and cover are made from ABS plastic. All parts, such as the cutter, the lid and the vegetable hopper, as well as the engine casing, are simply serviced. The vegetable supply hopper has two openings: for fruits of a contorted shape and a round one. The bunker is filled with knives in such a manner that the cutting area is as large as possible. The latest collection of interchangeable discs is available for purchase, with a quantity of 21 pieces. Re-starting the machine with the help of an additional operator will ensure the best time and ease of use. The locking system blocks the engine operation if the knives and covers are installed incorrectly.
