Description. Robot Coupe CL 40 Vegetable Cutter + Disc 27555

The CL 40 vegetable cutting machine is designed for use in catering establishments serving up to 90 customers per hour. It is made of stainless steel and has an ABS plastic lid. All components, including the cutting chamber, removable lid and vegetable hopper, and motor cover, are easy to use and maintain. The vegetable feed hopper has two openings: one for long and one for rounded vegetables. The hopper is positioned relative to the knives to maximize the cutting surface. A complete set of 21 replaceable discs is available upon request. The push-button restart feature saves time and makes the machine easier to use. A safety system prevents the motor from running if the blades and lid are incorrectly installed.
