But even a skilled chef will need to invest a considerable amount of time and effort in beautifully and neatly slicing them by hand. To make this easier for chefs, we offer specialized equipment: a vegetable cutter. EWT INOX vegetable cutters are quite simple and easy to use, as they handle any culinary task in a matter of seconds without any effort on the part of the user. EWT INOX vegetable cutters feed ingredients to the rotating blade using a special pusher. Additionally, each vegetable cutter is equipped with a loading slot for cutting vegetables of various shapes and an automatic shut-off and restart function.
