Description. Robot Coupe CL 20 Vegetable Cutter (without discs)
Vegetable cutting machine, model CL 20 - is designed for use in catering establishments with a maximum of 50 customers served per hour. The cutting compartment, removable lid and vegetable hopper, and motor cover are made of ABS plastic for easy use and maintenance. The vegetable feed hopper has two openings: one for long-shaped vegetables and one for rounded vegetables. The hopper is positioned relative to the blades to maximize the cutting surface area. The most complete collection of replacement disks in the amount of 23 pieces is supplied upon request. A safety system prevents the motor from operating if the blades and lid are incorrectly installed. The computer-controlled blade profile is designed for optimal slicing of cooked vegetables and delicate fruits. ...

Description. Robot Coupe CL 20 Vegetable Cutter (without discs)
Vegetable cutting machine, model CL 20 - is designed for use in catering establishments with a maximum of 50 customers served per hour. The cutting compartment, removable lid and vegetable hopper, and motor cover are made of ABS plastic for easy use and maintenance.
