Vegetable cutters from the German company Borner GmbH have been manufactured since 1956. During this time, the company has accumulated extensive experience in the production of manual food cutting tools for home and professional kitchens. The key features of these vegetable cutters are their ease of use and superior cutting quality.
Among the additional accessories, the manufacturer has provided a separate "Baby Twins" grater, which allows you to chop fruits, vegetables, cheese, and chocolate into fine shavings or puree.
The Baby Twins Prima model features unique, hard teeth that slice food rather than crush it. All the juices and vitamins are retained.
The Baby Twins grater makes two types of cuts:
The first side with large teeth is designed for shredding apples, celery, carrots, beets, radishes, chocolate, cheese, garlic, citrus zest, etc. The result is soft, airy shavings for vegetable and fruit salads or for garnishing desserts. Potatoes are grated into shavings for making delicious potato pancakes;
The 2nd side with fine teeth is designed for chopping vegetables and fruits into puree.
A grater is recommended for preparing food for children aged 4 months and older. Its biggest advantage is that it has no metal parts and does not oxidize the food being cut, which is very important when preparing food for young children.
It is recommended to work using a fruit holder and a container (sold separately).
The body is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic (a tripolymer of styrene, acrylonitrile and butadiene).
The Baby Twins grater instantly removes any food residue with a gentle movement and is easy to wash with warm water.
Fruit holder is not included in the set (purchased separately).
