Description. MPR-350M wiping and cutting machine
Machines for wiping and cutting MPR-350M with 9 discs in a set (7 for slicing, 2 for wiping), are intended for wiping cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, liquid porridges, peas, beans, apples, cottage cheese, etc.), slicing raw and cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, turnips, rutabagas, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) into particles of various geometric shapes, finely chopping potatoes, carrots, and shredding cabbage. The machines are intended for use in public catering establishments and small vegetable processing enterprises. The equipment is manufactured according to TU RB 08845027.003-99 for operation at temperatures from plus 1 to plus 40°C in climatic version U, placement category 3 according to GOST 15150. The MPR-350M wiping and cutting machine is manufactured in accordance with STB ISO 9001:2001 and holds Belarusian and Russian certificates of conformity and a state hygienic registration certificate.
