Description. Vegetable cutter CHEF 400 VE CE+discs, C.EL.ME
The CHEF 400 VE CE vegetable cutter is equipped with the following discs: Z2 + Z4 + Z7 + V + E3 Designations: Z - grater, V - , E - slicer Electric vegetable slicers for kitchens, restaurants, and catering establishments. Cutting speed, hygiene, size, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use are the key features of these machines. This model allows you to slice, grate, dice, cut into strips, and shred vegetables. The large loading capacity (190 mm) allows you to cut whole products (cabbage, lettuce, etc.). By easily changing the disc, you can perform more than 60 different types of cutting. Depending on the type of cutting, productivity can be achieved from 150 kg/h to 350 kg/h. Manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards. Founded in 1971, C.EL.ME manufactures professional food industry equipment, including slicers, vegetable cutters, meat grinders, meat cutters, and specialized pizzeria equipment. All equipment is European certified and exported worldwide. Products under the Celme Electric brand have become well-known in the market, establishing the company as a leader in the professional equipment industry. In 2005, C.EL.ME opened a new branch in Ukraine to manufacture and sell equipment on the domestic market. The Zhytomyr facility processes and assembles products using Italian materials and components. All equipment and production technology are identical to those produced in Italy, ensuring the quality of products made in Italy.
