Description. Wiping and cutting machine MPO-1
The MPO-1 vegetable processing machine is designed for mashing cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, liquid porridges, peas, beans, apples, cottage cheese, etc.), slicing raw and cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, turnips, rutabagas, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) into particles of various geometric shapes, finely chopping potatoes, carrots, and shredding cabbage. The machine is designed for use in public catering establishments and small vegetable processing enterprises. The MPO-1 vegetable processing machines are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard and have Belarusian, Ukrainian , and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration, a Certificate of Conformity to EU directives - CE, and a Certificate for the B safety mark. The main distinguishing features of the MPO-1 machines from the previously produced MPR-350M machines are as follows: the working chamber is made of aluminum and is combined with a supporting body on which all the main components of the machine are mounted; a frameless engine was used, which made it possible to reduce the dimensions of the machine and reduce its weight; The transmission of torque from the engine to the working shaft is carried out by a single poly-V belt, which has simplified the belt tensioning unit; The use of a smooth driven pulley made it possible to avoid the precise alignment of the grooves of the driving pulley, which simplifies the assembly of the machine. Description. Wiping and cutting machine MPO-1
The MPO-1 vegetable processing machine is designed for mashing cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, liquid porridges, peas, beans, apples, cottage cheese, etc.), slicing raw and cooked products (potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, turnips, rutabagas, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) into particles of various geometric shapes, finely chopping potatoes, carrots, and shredding cabbage.
The machine is designed for use in public catering establishments and small vegetable processing enterprises.
The MPO-1 vegetable processing machines are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard and have Belarusian, Ukrainian , and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration, a Certificate of Conformity to EU directives - CE, and a Certificate for the B safety mark. The main distinguishing features of the MPO-1 machines from the previously produced MPR-350M machines are as follows:
