Description. Fimar TV4000 L’ortolana vegetable cutter (without discs)
The Fimar TV4000 L'ortolana vegetable cutting machine is designed for use in catering establishments for cutting and thinly slicing fruits and vegetables into pieces of various shapes and sizes, grating cheese, crackers, chocolate, hazelnuts, shredding carrots, celery, potatoes, apples, turnips, beets, and soft mozzarella cheese. VEGETABLE CUTTER Fimar TV4000: Body and loading opening made of food-grade stainless steel, safety switch on the handle, double opening for loading the product, available only in single-phase version. Accessories: cutting discs of various models. (Not included in the standard package). VEGETABLE CUTTER Fimar TV4000 L'ortolana for raw and cooked vegetables 2 holes: Ø 56 mm and oval 150x70 mm speed: 310 rpm body: stainless steel, lid - stainless steel Additionally, you can purchase a separate set of discs with different cutting types.
