This model allows you to slice, grate, dice, cut into strips, and shred vegetables. The CHEF VE 800 vegetable cutter is equipped with a wide loading hopper, which allows you to cut large vegetables and fruits. The lid is removable, making it easy to clean. More than 60 different types of cutting can be performed by changing discs. The vegetable cutter is ideal for restaurants, canteens, pizzerias and factories. Depending on the type of cutting, productivity can be achieved from 300 kg/h to 450 kg/h. The diameter of the loading hopper is 190 mm. Manufactured in accordance with CE and GOST standards. Founded in 1971, C.EL.ME manufactures professional food industry equipment, including slicers, vegetable cutters, meat grinders, meat cutters, and specialized pizzeria equipment.
