Description. Robot Coupe 28110 Vegetable Cutter Disc, 5x5x5mm Cube (Grate + Slicer)
Cube set - grid + slicer. 8x8x8 and 10x10x10 mm cubes are typically used for salads, including dicing boiled potatoes, carrots, and beets. These same cube sizes are suitable for dicing cooked sausages to a uniform consistency (such as doctor's sausage or dairy sausage). A 10x10x10 mm cube is suitable for dicing onions (not recommended for the CL30 model). When regularly dicing onions, especially in large quantities, it is recommended to use a separate onion grid, as a well-sharpened grid is essential for high-quality dicing. These same sizes can also be used for dicing bell peppers and carrots for rice with vegetables. The 10 mm grid can be used for high-quality dicing of tomatoes, as well as for slicing soft fruits such as strawberries, bananas, melons, apricots for confectionery production, fruit salads or fruit ice cream (banquets).
