The compact Hendi 274200 ice cream maker makes 1.5 litres of ice cream, sorbet, frozen drinks and high-quality frozen yogurt in a removable basket supplied with the freezer.
The ice cream maker includes a refrigeration unit (a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan, and evaporator) that quickly produces a large quantity of ice cream. The compressor and mixing unit automatically turn on immediately after pressing the START button. The freezer is also equipped with an ice cream mixing motor. Following the instructions, high-quality ice cream is produced within 20-60 minutes (depending on the recipe). A digital display displays the time it takes to produce a serving.
This ice cream maker allows for continuous ice cream production, and thanks to the removable baskets, you can create multiple flavors of ice cream that can be easily stored in the freezer. The ice cream maker is equipped with a removable 1.5-liter capacity container.
Our team successfully produced vanilla, strawberry, cherry, and raspberry ice cream. Recipes for each flavor are included with the ice cream maker documentation. After testing the finished product, we decided to eliminate store-bought ice cream containing E-numbers, guar gum, and other "chemicals."

Vanilla ice cream
Ice cream, made from egg yolk and cream, is the base for many different types of ice cream. If you don't have vanilla sugar on hand, you can use the resulting product as a base for many different types of ice cream.
Compound:
4 egg yolks
100 g of sugar
300 ml of milk
300 ml cream
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Bring the milk to a simmer over low heat. Whisk the yolk and sugar. Then, whisking continuously, slowly pour the milk and cream into the beaten yolk. Whisk the mixture again in the saucepan and stir until it forms a smooth paste in a spoon. Do not let it boil, as this will cause the ingredients to separate.
Remove the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool, and then beat in the vanilla sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream maker.
Chocolate ice cream
Compound:
2 egg yolks
100 g of sugar
250 ml of milk
250 ml cream
150 g of chocolate
Prepare a mixture of beaten egg yolks, sugar, and milk, following the instructions for making vanilla ice cream exactly. Add the chopped chocolate to the warm mixture and stir until completely melted. Let the mixture cool, then pour it into an ice cream maker.
