Description. Pacojet SIRMAN I Frozen Food Homogenizer
PacoJet is a unique, innovative frozen food homogenizer. Its technology blends deeply ground ingredients to a uniform consistency, resulting in a frozen, homogenized mousse with a pronounced, natural flavor.
With the advent of the apparatus in high-end kitchens, a new fundamental process of poaching emerged.

It is known that in order to achieve homogeneity of mousses, purees or pates, a homogenizing agent is added to the products, which has an adhesive binding effect.
PacoJet produces a homogeneous frozen product in the form of a fine, impurity-free fraction. The product is naturally pure, preserving the distinctive flavor of its ingredients.
The revolutionary nature of this machine lies in its ultra-strong blades, their special design, and the extremely high chopping speed. At the same time, the product doesn't have time to defrost or melt, maintaining a low temperature.

Unique features and advantages of PacoJet:
- The finished product, processed in the PacoJet, has a smooth, sorbet-like or ice cream-like consistency. The product temperature is -12 to -15°C, which is the ideal serving temperature.
- The PacoJet kit includes several containers for poaching. These containers are also conveniently stored in the freezer. Products can be labeled and used as needed.
- A product container can be processed in the PacoJet multiple times. There's no need to worry about the quality of the product; it will always remain frozen. Crystallized products can be further processed in the PacoJet to achieve uniformity.
- Using the PacoJet minimizes product loss, reducing processing waste to zero.
- The device is easy to clean for the following products. Simply rinse the blade and protective cover under running water.
- The PacoJet one-minute rinse cycle is only recommended when using sugar-containing products to avoid sugar residues on the spindle.
- The automated wash cycle also takes a minute. The cleaning agent should be non-foaming.
The poaching technology significantly saves time in the kitchen and opens up a wealth of menu options. Dishes prepared using poaching are distinguished by their high quality and uniqueness.
Once you try the PacoJet device, you will remain a fan forever!
