The Celme CUT L8 2V CE cutter allows you to crush (nuts, breadcrumbs, chocolate and even knead dough like for dumplings), chop meat (coarsely chopped, finely chopped and quenelle mass), grind any products (onions, dried apricots, prunes, crab sticks, squid, boiled meat, cheese, boiled eggs, etc.). Tabletop cutter Celme CUT L8 2V CE - designed for preparing various minced meats, fillings, sauces, whipped cream, for grinding, mixing, chopping any products, ensuring high quality; - purpose: restaurants, factory kitchens, canteens, sausage shops, confectioneries; - stainless steel container with a capacity of 8 liters; - body and group of knives with a stainless steel sleeve; - top cover made of transparent food-grade polycarbonate; - remote control with push buttons; - safety microswitches on the lid and on the base of the bowl support. The cutter body is made of stainless steel and features a transparent lid with a waterproof seal and dispenser, a knife group with a stainless steel bushing, and a wall cleaning device. All models are equipped with high-power ventilated motors with overheating and shutdown protection, and low-voltage switches with IP55 pushbuttons. The body design allows for quick and easy cleaning.
