    The revolutionary nature of this machine lies in its ultra-strong blades, their special design, and the extremely high chopping speed. At the same time, the product doesn't have time to defrost or melt, maintaining a low temperature.

    Unique features and advantages of PacoJet:

    • The finished product, processed in the PacoJet machine, has a smooth, sorbet-like or ice cream-like consistency. The product temperature is -12 to -15°C, which is the ideal serving temperature.
    • The PacoJet kit includes several containers for poaching. These containers are also conveniently stored in the freezer. Products can be labeled and used as needed.
    • A product container can be processed in the PacoJet multiple times. There's no need to worry about the quality of the product; it will always remain frozen. Crystallized products can be further processed in the PacoJet to achieve uniformity.
    • Using the PacoJet minimizes product loss, reducing processing waste to zero.
    • The device is easy to clean for the following products. Simply rinse the blade and protective cover under running water.
    • The PacoJet one-minute rinse cycle is only recommended when using sugar-containing products to avoid sugar residues on the spindle.
    • The automated wash cycle also takes a minute. The cleaning agent should be non-foaming.
