Description. Tabletop cutter Yazicilar L9BES
The Yazicilar L9BES meat cutter is designed for quickly chopping vegetables, berries, fruits, and seafood, producing airy mince of various sizes from any type of meat, whipping purees, creams, and mousses to the perfect consistency, and is also ideal for making hummus. A working cycle takes no more than 4 minutes, allowing you to quickly chop meat immediately before cooking. The degree of chopping depends on the operating time, allowing you to achieve coarse, medium, and fine mince, as well as fine mince (for dumplings, soufflés, and pâtés). When using multiple types of meat, the meat is evenly mixed. Both fresh and frozen meat can be chopped. Water can be added to the cutter bowl during the cooking process to make the mince more tender. A cutter can also be used to quickly prepare sauces or confectionery mixtures, jams, or preserves, as well as mix any type of dough for muffins, pancakes, biscuits, and cookies.
