Description. NEMOX GELATISSIMO Exclusive i-green ice cream maker
The Italian company NEMOX SpA, using the latest refrigeration technology, has created small-sized professional freezers for making ice cream. These freezers are capable of automatically generating cold. The freezer includes a refrigeration unit (a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan, and evaporator) that quickly produces a large quantity of ice cream. The freezer is also equipped with a high-power ice cream mixing motor. Following the instructions and recipe booklet, you can produce very high-quality ice cream in 30 minutes. These freezers allow you to make ice cream continuously, and thanks to the use of removable baskets, you can make ice cream of several flavors that are easily stored in the freezer. Nemox, in compliance with environmental protection requirements, uses only CFC-free refrigerants in all its ice cream freezers, which can damage the ozone layer of the earth. The Nemox Gelatissimo Exclusive automatic ice cream maker has one of the largest capacities among home freezers: 1.7 liters. You can prepare desserts in either the built-in or removable bowl. Depending on the recipe and how cold the ingredients are, ice cream is ready in 20-35 minutes. The Gelatissimo Exclusive control panel features two buttons: the motor on/off button and the refrigeration unit on/off button. The control panel is made of stainless steel. Because the motor is located inside the unit, rather than on top, it takes up minimal kitchen space.
