Compact ice cream maker for preparing 1.4 litres of ice cream, sorbet, frozen drinks and high-quality yoghurt in a removable basket supplied with the freezer.
The ice cream maker includes a refrigeration unit (a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan, and evaporator) that quickly produces a large quantity of ice cream. The freezer is also equipped with an ice cream mixing motor. Following the instructions, high-quality ice cream is produced within 45-60 minutes.
This ice cream maker can make ice cream continuously, and thanks to the removable baskets, you can make several flavors of ice cream that can be easily stored in the freezer. The ice cream maker has a removable 1.4-liter capacity.
The advantage of the BARTSCHER 135001 ice cream maker is that the stirrer drive is located on top of the ice cream container, which eliminates the possibility of the product getting into the ice cream maker mechanisms (with the stirrer drive located below), and also simplifies the design, increasing reliability.

Vanilla ice cream
Ice cream, made from egg yolk and cream, is the base for many different types of ice cream. If you don't have vanilla sugar on hand, you can use the resulting product as a base for many different types of ice cream.
Compound:
4 egg yolks
100 g of sugar
300 ml of milk
300 ml cream
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Bring the milk to a simmer over low heat. Whisk the yolk and sugar. Then, whisking continuously, slowly pour the milk and cream into the beaten yolk. Whisk the mixture again in the saucepan and stir until it forms a smooth paste in a spoon. Do not let it boil, as this will cause the ingredients to separate.
Remove the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool, and then beat in the vanilla sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream maker.
Chocolate ice cream
Compound:
2 egg yolks
100 g of sugar
250 ml of milk
250 ml cream
150 g of chocolate
Prepare a mixture of beaten egg yolks, sugar, and milk, following the instructions for making vanilla ice cream exactly. Add the chopped chocolate to the warm mixture and stir until completely melted. Let the mixture cool, then pour it into an ice cream maker.
