Description. EWT INOX ICM15A Countertop Ice Cream Maker
The EWT INOX ICM15A ice cream maker (freezer) is used to make ice cream, sorbets, chilled desserts, and yogurt. For a variety of ice cream flavors, you can add natural ingredients such as nuts, fruits, dried fruits, and chocolate. The white plastic housing has a capacity of approximately 1.5 liters. Freezing temperature is -35°C. Compressor cooling is provided. The ice cream making cycle lasts 30-60 minutes. Includes an ice cream scoop. The LCD display shows every step of the process. Recipes: Vanilla ice cream Ice cream, made from egg yolk and cream, is the base for many different types of ice cream. If you don't have vanilla sugar on hand, you can use the resulting product as a base for many different types of ice cream. Compound: 4 egg yolks 100 g of sugar 300 ml of milk 300 ml cream 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar Bring the milk to a simmer over low heat. Whisk the yolk and sugar. Then, whisking continuously, slowly pour the milk and cream into the beaten yolk. Whisk the mixture again in the saucepan and stir until it forms a smooth paste in a spoon. Do not let it boil, as this will cause the ingredients to separate. Remove the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool, and then beat in the vanilla sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream maker. Chocolate ice cream Compound: 2 egg yolks 100 g of sugar 250 ml of milk 250 ml cream 150 g of chocolate Prepare a mixture of beaten egg yolks, sugar, and milk, following the instructions for making vanilla ice cream exactly.
