    Description. Compound-s non-stick additive

    A special non-stick additive for making sweet popcorn enhances the non-stick properties of all sweet additives. Add directly to the kettle along with the main ingredients. Use 0.5 can per 1 bag of grain. For one part grain, 1/2 part glaze (caramel), you need to add 1 dessert spoon of Compound for every 6 ounces of boiler volume. Packaging: 1L can, 680g.

    Не совсем понятно из инструкции сколько же конкретно нужно добавлять средства на количество зерна при одной загрузке.

    Overall impression:
    Очень классная и незаменимая штука при приготовлении сладкого поп-корна. Рекомендую, если вы готовите на простом сахаре или добавкам без антипригара. Экспериментировал с кукурузным крахмалом и соевым лецитином. Все не то. Нагар образовывался сильный и трудно убираемый. Я сыплю чайную ложку на кастрюлю, вроде 12 унцовую (сыплю зерна в бумажном стаканчике для американо)

    При приготовлении используется обычное количество масла и обычное количество зерна для данной модели аппарата, добавляется половинное количество сладкой добавки Глейз Поп и добавляется порция антипригарной “Compound-S” из расчета 1 столовая ложка на 12 унций зерна (1 унция = 28 г) или 15 кубич. см. на 320 г зерна. Положите масло в аппарат и нагрейте; добавьте кукурузу, сладкую добавку Глейз Поп и “ Compound-S”; закройте крышку аппарата и ждите, ждите, ждите, ждите…….. Рекомендуемая температура приготовления 245 град.С

    Расход антипригарина 0,5 банки на 1 мешок зерна. То есть банки достаточно на 2мешка зерна по 22,75кг. Карамели нужно 11кг, она добавляется1к 2.
