Description. JEREMY SOLEX auto 48 deep fryer for Berliners
If you are interested in this model, call 044 383-12-60, (067) 500-43-27. Delivery time is 6 weeks. A Berliner is a traditional German pastry made from sweet yeast dough, about the size of a fist, and deep-fried in oil. The Berliner dough floats freely in the oil during frying and, depending on the type, is fried either on both sides alternately to create a characteristic stripe, or completely submerged. A traditional German Berliner is filled with a jam filling (strawberry or plum jam) and, at the end of cooking, is drizzled with a sweet glaze or rolled in powdered sugar. SP/SPA donut fryers. There are several SP/SPA donut fryers available: 48- or 60-doughnut capacity, with or without a proofing chamber, and semi-automatic or automatic models. The distinctive feature of these deep fryer models is: - high strength and reliability: elements are made of high-quality stainless steel; - functionality and ease of maintenance; - high productivity - up to 800 donuts/hour (for SP 60/SPA 60); - modular structure of removable blocks; - ease of movement. For yeast-based products, the machines are equipped with built-in proofers. The proofed dough pieces are transferred to a deep fryer, where they are fried according to a preset program, turning them repeatedly. Operating procedure: 1. Remove the tray with donuts from the proofing chamber and place it on the tipper. 2. Move the latch on the tilter rotation lever to the right position. 3. After pressing on the wide shelf of the tray, all the donuts fall into a bath of oil. 4. When the donuts are fried on one side, use the lifter lever to gently lift the tipper out of the oil, and use the rotation lever to move the tipper into the second position. After the donuts are fried on both sides, use the lifter lever to lift the tipper out of the oil, then move it to the side pan to allow it to drain. 5.
