Description. Friggitutto 25 kg deep-frying fat
Friggitutto frying fat is used for deep-frying products. For example, frying donuts, pies, chebureki, chicken wings or legs, nuggets, meat and fish patties, and many other items. The main advantages of frying fat are: You can cook three times more food with this oil than with other vegetable fats. High smoke point above 250C, deep fryer does not smoke when frying The product's flavor is not transferred to the fat, which makes it possible to use the fat with salty and sweet products. Cooled fat does not become cloudy on the surface of products when cooling, unlike other fats. Does not burn, does not foam, does not smoke This is refined palm oil in liquid form at room temperature. It contains more oleic (liquid) oil and has a very high smoke point of 230°C - 240°C. At an average frying temperature of 180-190°C and continuous operation, Friggitutto can cook for at least 10 hours, while regular refined sunflower oil can cook for no more than 3 hours. The frying time in deep-frying oil depends on the product being fried. For example, if you fry flour products, the flour settles and the oil's life is reduced. If you fry clean products, the effective life of the frying oil is extended. Recommendations: Only Friggitutto liquid frying oil will produce shiny fried food. If you use solid frying oil, the product won't be shiny, but you can add Friggitutto to the solid frying oil for a budget-friendly solution.
