Description. Deep fryer Kiy-V FR-8B
The FR-8B deep fryer and the Fch-8B cheburechnitsa from the Ukrainian Kiy-V plant offer an optimal price-quality ratio. The body, bath and lid are made of stainless steel, the baskets are made of reinforced wire, the basket and lid handles are made of heat-resistant plastic, the heating elements are made of stainless steel. The overall dimensions of the deep fryer with handle are 59 x 26 x 30 cm, its tank is 33 x 23.5 x 16.5 cm, and its basket is 27 x 21 x 10.5 cm—2 cm larger in all dimensions than the FR-5 deep fryer. The minimum and maximum oil levels are marked on the inside of the deep fryer container. The control panel has a simple, functional design. On the left, you'll see a red power indicator and on the right, a control knob for automatically maintaining the temperature from 50 to 200°C. A grounding screw is located on the back. Importantly, the fryer is equipped with a safety thermostat, preventing oil fires and ensuring a high level of safety. Deep fryers are quick and easy to disassemble, making cleaning much easier. After turning off the deep fryer, the control unit can be removed, allowing the fryer tank to be removed and cleaned. The FCh-8B cheburek fryer differs from a deep fryer in that, instead of a basket, it comes with a special insert that protects the heating elements from product spills. It's worth noting that the insert, measuring 32 x 23 cm, is only suitable for frying one large cheburek, making it suitable only for small-scale production. By equipping your deep fryer with additional accessories, you can change its intended use. For example, by purchasing a special insert, you get the FC-8B cheburechnitsa. Similarly, by equipping your cheburechnitsa with the DP-8 donut dispenser, you get the FP-8 donut maker. The FR-8B deep fryer is equipped with a 15-20mm "cold zone." The "cold zone" is the area between the heating elements and the bottom of the fryer's oil container. The relatively low temperature in this zone allows the oil to stay cleaner for much longer. Product juices and crumbs are trapped in the cold zone, keeping the oil cleaner longer and requiring fewer oil changes.
