Description. CustomHeat DF-15 Gas Deep Fryer
The DF-15 delivers superior frying results while saving space and boasting high throughput and productivity . High-efficiency burners allow for instant recovery during peak production periods . A deep fryer provides additional oil depth for frying larger items . The front, lower, inclined fryer captures food particles and prevents carbonization in the frying zone. This reduces flavor transfer and extends the life of the oil . The baffle is designed for a removable diffuser - it distributes heat to the bathroom walls for better and more efficient heat transfer . The deep fryers are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. The exterior is entirely stainless steel, including the front and side walls , doors , and hanger / smoke rack gaskets . The baskets are double chrome-plated . Temperature controls adjust from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Millivolt control system : no electrical connection required . Gas valve - combination includes a pressure regulator and pilot ignition system , hermetically sealed for operational stability . Safety block shuts off the system, which shuts off 100% of the gas when the temperature reaches the high limit.
