Description. Deep fryer FR-2x4B
The FR-2*4B two-bay deep fryer from the Ukrainian manufacturer Kiy-V offers an optimal price-quality ratio. The body, basin, and lid are made of stainless steel, the baskets are made of reinforced wire, the basket and lid handles are made of heat-resistant plastic, and the heating elements are stainless steel and produce 1.7 kW. A significant advantage of Ukrainian deep fryers is the constant availability of all components and baskets in stock, making maintenance quick and easy. The minimum and maximum oil levels are marked on the inside of the deep-frying container. The control panel has a simple, functional design. On the left, you'll see a red power indicator and, on the right, a control for automatically maintaining the temperature from 50 to 200°C. There's a grounding screw on the back. It's important to note that the deep fryer is equipped with a safety thermostat, preventing oil fires and ensuring a high level of safety. Deep fryers can be disassembled quickly and easily, making them much easier to clean. After turning off the deep fryer, the control unit can be removed, after which the deep fryer tank can be taken out and washed. The deep fryer offers an optimal balance of capacity and power. It can be quickly and easily disassembled, making maintenance much easier. The set temperature is maintained automatically. All products are made of food grade stainless steel. The overall dimensions of the Fr-2*4 deep fryer for two posts are 54*36*37 cm including the basket handles and 41*36*32 cm excluding the handles. The frying pans measure 29.5 x 14.5 x 19.2 cm, with a total capacity of 8.2 liters. The internal basket dimensions, 23 x 13.5 x 9.5 cm, are ideal for both fast-food restaurants and small cafes, bars, and restaurants.
