Description. Electric deep fryer Apache APFE-77P
The Apach APFE-77P 700 Series electric deep fryer features two 13-liter wells. A faucet with a filter is located under each well for draining the oil into a dedicated container. The operating temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 190°C. This model features an electromechanical control panel with a safety sensor that shuts off the heating elements if they overheat. The deep fryer features a cool zone, extending oil life and simplifying cleaning. The set includes two chrome-plated steel wire baskets and two stainless steel lids. A latch secures the baskets with the finished product over the wells. It comes in a closed cabinet with hinged doors. The body and work surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. ...
