Description. FCD 8 Deep Fryer for Corn Dogs - Sausages on a Stick
The FCD 8 deep fryer is designed for cooking corn dogs (sausages in dough). The FCD 8 deep fryer is equipped with a bracket for hanging the holder. The DC-3, a specially designed sausage holder mounted on a bracket, makes it convenient to fry food vertically in the deep fryer. Possibility to install up to 3 holders. The deep fryer tank has a depth of 200 mm, which allows you to use even long sausages. Unlike known methods of fastening sticks, this design provides a more secure hold. Removable bath for easy cleaning. The deep fryer is made of stainless steel. Bath volume is 7.8 l. A corn dog is a type of hot dog wrapped in batter and deep-fried on a stick. The cooking process is incredibly simple: you thread the hot dogs onto special sticks , dip them in pre-prepared batter, secure them in a holder , and deep-fry them until crispy.
