The Indokor IN3500 BUILT-IN built-in electric induction cooker is used in kitchens with limited space to heat metal utensils using induced eddy currents created by a high-frequency magnetic field with a frequency of 21-24 kHz. The cookware heats up instantly at the set power. The burner will not turn on unless there is a cookware with a ferromagnetic bottom on the surface. In order for the burner to turn on, the cookware must cover a significant portion of its area (as a rule, the diameter of the bottom of the cookware must be larger than approximately 1/2 the diameter of the induction cooker burner).
