Description. GGM EDB879P 4-burner induction cooktop without oven

The EDB879P induction hob from GGM is equipped with 4 heating zones with a diameter of 230 mm. The glass-ceramic surface of the hob is 6 mm thick and is easy to clean. The stove body is made of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The maximum power of each burner is 3.5 kW. The hob heats up only when it comes into direct contact with cookware that meets the required specifications. If the cookware is smaller than the required diameter, heating will occur only in the contact zone. The hob shuts off automatically when the cookware is removed, and cools quickly when turned off, reducing the risk of burns. All the described properties allow for a significant reduction in energy costs by up to 50%, as well as, thanks to reduced heat loss, in air conditioning costs.
