Description. Fagor C-I945 four-burner induction cooker
The Fagor C-I945 four-burner induction cooktop is a professional tabletop cooktop designed for use in professional kitchens of catering establishments, including restaurants, cafes, and retail establishments. The induction burner turns on immediately after cookware is placed on it and turns off when it is removed, reducing energy consumption and improving the kitchen climate. This cooktop provides high efficiency, reliability, and cooking speed with minimal energy consumption. It heats food twice as fast as any other cooktop, including gas cooktops. The cooktop features a glass cover and a high-quality stainless steel body. This cooktop is equipped with industrial induction burners in a stainless steel housing, which are designed for long-term use and are known for their reliability. All live parts inside the burner are reliably protected from dust and grease vapors and require no additional filters or fans. The rotary control panel offers 10 power levels with indicator lights. The hob features a knob with no limiter, ensuring ease of use and significantly extending its service life. Additional surge protection relays are installed on each phase of the hob, ensuring stable operation of the burners even in cases of significant voltage fluctuations. When this type of burner is in use, only the cookware heats up, while the hob surface remains cool. The bottom diameter should be 120-300 mm. If the bottom diameter is less than 12 cm, the hob will not turn on, and if it is larger, uneven heating of the cookware will occur. The glass-ceramic hob is quick and easy to clean with a regular cloth because its surface barely heats up. Voltage is 380 V. The hob power is 20 kW, and the power of one burner is 5 kW. Important : Induction cooktops costing up to €1,500-2,000 are intended only for short-term cooking and reheating.
