The Gastrorag ZU-EG-5BE corn dog maker . Corn dogs have recently become increasingly popular in the fast food market. The batter recipe used in this machine is similar to that of Belgian waffles, resulting in a sausage baked in a soft waffle batter. This machine is suitable for making thermophilic fillings in dough. For example, baked corn dogs (sausages fried in corn dough). The body is made of stainless steel. The working surface is 320 x 180 mm with a non-stick coating. Served on a stick, the length of the stick is approximately 17 cm. This model doesn't require a special hood, as it bakes rather than fries the food during cooking.
