Description. Corn Dog 5 (AKD-5) sausage maker
The ST-5 (AKD-5) sausage maker has recently gained increasing popularity in the fast food market. The dough recipe used in this machine is similar to that of Belgian waffles, resulting in sausages baked in a soft waffle batter. This machine is suitable for preparing thermophilic fillings in dough. For example, baked corn dogs (a sausage fried in corn dough and served on a stick). This model does not require a special hood, as the machine bakes the product rather than fries it. It can bake up to five pieces at a time. The machine is equipped with a timer to control the cooking time of the baked corn dog. Method of preparation: First, pour the dough into the molds, then add the product, close the lid, and then rotate the machine 180 degrees. After the product is ready, rotate it back and insert the sticks into the holes.
