Recipe. Single station waffle iron EWT INOX WM-1B
For 10 waffles:
4 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup melted and slightly cooled butter or margarine
2 glasses of milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet of dry yeast, vanilla
Waffle Iron Recipe:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. In a small bowl, gently warm the milk. Add the milk, melted butter, and egg yolks to the flour and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the dough. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
Bake waffles in a preheated pan for 3 minutes.
