Description. Single station waffle iron Roller Grill GES 20
The professional electric waffle maker Roller Grill GES 20 is designed for intensive use. Equipped with a cast-iron pan with 2 cavities for baking 2 Liege waffles (4x6). Two well-toasted waffles are baked at 230°C in 3 minutes, or 60 Liege waffles per hour. Highly conductive cast iron surfaces distribute heat evenly. Suitable for baking both fresh and frozen waffles. A removable drain tray surrounds the bottom surface and collects excess batter, making cleaning the waffle iron easier. The waffle irons are equipped with a two-position switch, a thermostat designed for temperatures from 0 to 300°C, signal lights and adjustable feet. ...

Recipe. Single station waffle iron Roller Grill GES 20
For 10 waffles:
4 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup melted and slightly cooled butter or margarine
2 glasses of milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet of dry yeast, vanilla
Waffle Iron Recipe:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. In a small bowl, gently warm the milk. Add the milk, melted butter, and egg yolks to the flour and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the dough. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
Bake waffles in a preheated pan for 3 minutes.
