    Добрий день. На жаль, виробник не вказує параметрів комфорки по температурі. Регулювання потужності конфорки відбувається 4-позиційним перемикачем. У відсотках ця потужність буде такою, положення 1 - 0% (вимкнено), положення 2 - 25%(750Вт), 3 - 50% (1,5кВт), 4 - 100% (3кВт). Приблизний рівень максимальної температури (положення 4) в районі 350+ градусів цельсія (дані не точні, взяті з вимірювань температури однієї комфорки, і можуть мати похибку), відповідно можна порахувати приблизну температуру інших режимів роботи (2 та 3). Якщо потрібна плита з чітким регулюванням температури, можна розглянути індукційні плити з електронним, цифровим чи сенсорним керуванням, де є можливість регулювати потужність (а значить і температуру) більш плавно, ступенями по 100Вт. - https://www.food-service.com.ua/ua/pliti-induktsiyni-c246
