Description. 2-burner stove without oven PE-2V
The PE-2V 2-burner electric stove without an oven differs from the PE-2 stove in its longitudinal arrangement of burners and can be used both in lines together with an imported heating line and separately, while occupying a small width. We offer the widest selection of industrial electric stoves and ovens. All products feature stylish, constantly updated and improved designs, practicality, and reliability. Industrial stoves are manufactured with rectangular cast-iron KE-012 burners measuring 415 x 297 mm. All burners are positioned side by side, creating one large, continuous heating surface, allowing for the use of cookware of various sizes. The main working elements (facade and upper cladding) of the products are made of stainless steel. The products are designed for the most severe operating conditions. The heat level of the burners and oven heating elements is controlled by a step controller—0, 25, 50, and 100% of maximum power. The gap between the burners allows drips to flow freely to the bottom of the stovetop, where they end up on a pull-out tray that protects the oven. The tray is easily removed and cleaned when needed.
