Description. 4-burner stove with oven PED-4
2 carbon metal baking sheets. The dimensions of one burner are 415x295mm. Burner power 3 kW. The dimensions of the baking tray are 530x490x40 mm (GN/1). The interior of the oven is equipped with three levels for installing decks. Temperature from +50 to +300°С. The internal dimensions of the oven (L/W/H) are 568x565x338 mm. The special geometry of the heating elements and the presence of a heat distribution deck on the lower level of the oven ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the entire volume of the working chamber. Heating elements made of stainless steel. 2 temperature sensors control separate adjustment of the upper and lower heating elements and automatically maintain the set temperature. Light indicators provide visualization of the operation of the heating elements of the oven. The burners are made of cast iron. The table top is made without seams. Exhaust hoods: wall-mounted and island-mounted, of any size and configuration. Spare parts are always available. Fast and high-quality service. Flat, continuous, even working surface of the burners.
