Description. 2-burner stove with oven PED-2 energy-saving
We offer the widest selection of industrial electric stoves and ovens. All products are distinguished by their stylish design, practicality, and reliability. Industrial stoves are manufactured with rectangular burners measuring 415 x 297 mm. All burners are positioned side by side, creating one large, continuous heating surface, allowing for the use of cookware of various sizes. The main working elements (facade and upper cladding) of the products are made of stainless steel. The oven design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire working chamber. Ovens are available with or without convection. Convection is offered as an optional extra. Even without convection, the oven's temperature is distributed fairly evenly. This is achieved by four heating elements, two of which are located underneath the oven and protected by a guard, and two of which are open at the top. High-quality German-made fans are used in the convection system. The products are designed for the most severe operating conditions. The heat level of the burners and oven heating elements is regulated by a stepless TPKP regulator, which has four positions: 0, 25, 50, and 100% of maximum power. The gap between the burners allows drips to flow freely to the bottom of the stovetop, where they end up on a pull-out tray that protects the oven. The tray is easily removed and cleaned when needed. Industrial electric stoves are ideal for catering facilities in schools, kindergartens, sanatoriums, universities, as well as cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.
