The PE-4SH N 4-burner electric stove with oven is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products: boiling, frying, stewing, sautéing in public catering facilities. The slabs are manufactured in the UHL4 climatic version according to GOST 14254. Protection class IP 21. The stove is designed for long-term operation. Made entirely of stainless steel. The inside of the oven is made of black metal. The heating temperature is smoothly regulated using a 4-position power variator. The stove has 4 burners with a power of 3 kW each. Signal lights are provided to indicate that the corresponding burner or oven is on. The stove is equipped with an overheat protection device and a grease collection tray.
