Description. 4-burner industrial stove PED-4 Econic
DISCONTINUED! ECO series stoves are manufactured using energy-saving burners. With the same rated power, ECO burners consume more than 30% less energy than standard burners. A self-regulating function prevents the burners from overheating or underheating, ensuring stable temperature settings during operation. The burners heat up in up to 15 minutes. The PED-4 ECO stove is in high demand due to its reliability and ease of use. The burner area and power allow you to use cookware of any diameter and volume. The oven dimensions are comparable to those of a medium-sized oven. Baking sheets fit in proofing cabinets such as the SH-6-760 and SH-9-760. Industrial stoves are manufactured with rectangular cast-iron KE-012 burners measuring 415 x 297 mm. The main working elements (facade and top cladding) of the products are made of stainless steel. The oven design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire working chamber. Ovens are available with or without convection. Convection is offered as an optional extra. Even without convection, the oven's temperature is distributed fairly evenly. This is achieved by four heating elements, two of which are located underneath and protected by a guard, and two of which are open at the top. High-quality German-made fans are used for the convection oven. The cost of the convection oven is 3,300 UAH. The products are designed for the most severe operating conditions.
