The body material is chrome-plated plastic. The juice collector in the Vema SP 2072LM citrus juicer is made of stainless steel. The Vema SP 2072LM model features a lever-operated lid, preventing human contact with the product during operation. The lid, which presses down on the product, is made of stainless steel and features special notches to secure the citrus fruits during juicing. It also easily unscrews for cleaning after use. The body of the juicer is made of metallized plastic, painted on top. There is additional user protection - until there is product in the juicer and the lid is closed, the juicer will not turn on.
