This single-auger juicer features a powerful motor for the most thorough processing of plant fibers to maximize the extraction of vitamins, enzymes and minerals from fruits and vegetables. Low rotation speed (up to 70 rpm) prevents foaming of juice during preparation, as in centrifugal devices, does not cause clogging and does not generate heat and, accordingly, does not heat up the juice. Using special attachments, you can puree vegetables and fruits of varying hardness, chop herbs, make nut butter, soy milk, and even grind coffee. All working surfaces of the structure are made of high-quality materials intended for use in contact with food products.
