The patented low-speed extraction system allows the auger juicer to compress and squeeze ingredients, extracting more juice and pulp without grinding or separating the juice from the pulp. The Kuvings Slow Juicer Chef extracts more juice and pulp thanks to its improved auger, drum shape, and fine mesh screen, which prevent the juice from scattering into tiny droplets and reduce exposure to air, which can degrade beneficial vitamins.
