The Cancan juicer, weighing almost 6 kg, can be used at home, as well as in cafes, bars and restaurants. The Cancan/Maskot mechanical citrus juicer is a vertical press. Its central section features a special cone with holes, onto which half an orange, lemon, other citrus fruit, or pomegranate is placed. A special pressing device, operated by a handle, squeezes the juice completely into a glass under pressure. It's worth noting that the remaining skin is practically dry. The resulting juice is quite pure. The amount of pulp in the juice can also be adjusted by adjusting the pressing force. All parts in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel.
