Description. Mechanical press for citrus fruits and pomegranates BECKERS SPR-M

The BECKERS SPR-M mechanical, lever-type citrus and pomegranate juicer is a vertical press. Its central section features a special cone with holes, onto which half a pomegranate, orange, lemon, or other citrus fruit is placed. A special pressing device, operated by a handle, squeezes the juice completely into a glass under pressure. It's worth noting that the remaining skin is practically dry. The resulting juice is quite pure. The amount of pulp in the juice can be adjusted by adjusting the pressing force.

A significant advantage of this type of juicer is its easy maintenance. Cleaning it takes no more than a minute. The cone and bowl are easily removed and washed under running water. The parts are also dishwasher safe.

A powerful frame with rubber feet allows you to squeeze the pomegranate almost dry.

Хорошая соковыжималка за свои деньги. Для домашнего использования просто супер. Надежная вещь.

Advantages:

надежность ,простота

Flaws:

при больших размерах плода граната (более чем диаметр давящего элемента) по краям не до конца происходит выжимание сока из зёрен ,т.е. нужно смещать долю граната и додавливать её не по оси.

Преимущество рычажного механизма в том, что в нем применяется простое движение сверху вниз, в отличии от передачи шестерня-рейка, где постоянно меняется направление прикладывания усилия. Минус в том, что нужно сильнее придерживать второй рукой корпус соковыжималки. Усилие прикладываемое к рычагу приблизительно одинаковое. Чаша лучше у Maskot бронза, поскольку выполнена из немагнитной 430-й нержавейки, против 304 у BECKERS SPR-M.
