Description. Sybo H013 Donut Machine
Automatic donut/crumpet production plants . Depending on the donut size, productivity: 1200/960/900 pcs/h. Purpose: to produce donuts with maximum efficiency and minimal labor costs. The automatic system consists of a deep fryer with forced surface circulation of frying fat, a divider-dispenser with a drive, a donut turning and unloading mechanism, and a programmer that ensures their coordinated interaction. All parts are made of polished stainless steel, the dispenser hopper is made of polished food-grade aluminum. 2 types of deep-frying oil (frying fat, vegetable oil). A donut machine is used for automatic donut production. To prepare the product, simply pour the prepared dough into a dough dispenser, which is controlled by a special electromechanical drive. The vat is pre-filled with deep-frying oil. A donut-turning mechanism, after frying one side, flips the donuts, and at the end of the production cycle, the donuts are unloaded by a special donut unloading mechanism. ...
