    Description. Pimak D-001 Donut Maker

    The Pimak D-001 tabletop donut maker is designed for frying donuts in vegetable oil. A lever system is used to squeeze out the dough. The body of the device is made of stainless steel. A tap is provided for draining used oil.

    The machine is operated manually. Dough is fed into a mechanically driven dough dispenser. The dispenser is operated by a staff member, who presses the dispenser handle to form a doughnut, which is then lowered from the dispenser into the frying vat. The vat is pre-filled with frying oil. The doughnuts are turned manually. Once ready, the doughnuts are removed from the frying vat using culinary tweezers.

    Добрый день. Сравниваю этот аппарат и Пончиковый аппарат ФП-11 производства Украина https://www.food-service.com.ua/ponchikovyy-apparat-fp-11-p52449 , для киоска с пончиками. Не могу определиться , так как совсем мало информации о турецком, ни дополнительных фото, ни видеообзора. Он дороже аналогичных ,но не понятно в чем преимущества. На сайте производителя Украинского варианта указано что производительность 350 шт/час, а у вас 120. где правильно? Какой на ваш взгляд из этих двух вариантов более подходящий. Немаловажную роль играет сервис в дальнейшем. не будет ли проблем с турецким ( нет запчастей и прочее)?

    Добрый день, Анна. Преимущества турецкого: практичная ванна для масла со скругленными углами (удобно очищать), есть слив масла, удобное дозирование пончиков нажатием рычага, большой бункер для теста. Его недостатки: высокая цена, в случае поломки запчасти нужно будет ждать, как и аппарат 1,5-2 месяца. По отечественному аналогу производительность указана нами исходя из того, что в ванну помещается около 15 пончиков, при времени обжарки 6 мин. и, учитывая дополнительные операции, в час получается: 15 пончиков*10 загрузок*0,8 учет дополнительных операций=120 пончиков в час. Преимущества отечественного аппарата: надежность, всегда есть запчасти, можно доукомплектовать сетками и лотком для обжарки берлинеров, кваркини и.т.д. Недостатки отечественного аппарата: неудобно очищать ванну (поскольку она сварная с прямыми углами), маленькая емкость дозатора, спорное удобство пользования рукояткой дозирования.

    Верно, 21 л геометрический объем емкости. Масла можно налить меньше, около 15 л, поскольку при помещении теста во фритюр, уровень последнего увеличится.
