Donut production machine AZhZP-M We can offer you automatic AZhZP-M pie production units, either new or canned. Purpose: to produce pies with maximum efficiency and minimum labor costs. The AZHZP-M automatic pastry machine is designed for preparing fried pies with various fillings at fast-food establishments or specialty kiosks, markets, train stations, and elsewhere. Fillings can include minced meat, fish, jam, mashed potatoes, dried apricots, and more. The entire production process, from loading the dough and filling to dispensing the finished pies, is carried out automatically in the AZHZP-M automatic pastry machine. This fully automated pie production process is preferable for customers due to its hygiene, eliminating human contact with the product. Features and operating principle of the machine: In the AZhZP-M machine, the dough and filling used to produce the pies are prepared separately and periodically, and are manually loaded into the machine's corresponding bins as they are used. The receiving tray is also replaced manually as it fills with finished pies. The AZhZP-M device automatically performs the following technological operations: - dosing the dough, dosing the minced meat, forming a dough tube with the minced meat inside it; - separating the pie blanks, grouping the blanks into 4 pieces and transferring them to the proofing conveyor; - proofing of the pie blanks and transferring them in groups of 4 pieces onto the conveyor of the frying device; - frying the blanks, dispensing the finished pies 4 at a time. The AZHZP-M automatic pastry machine is designed for preparing fried pies with various fillings at fast-food establishments or specialty kiosks, markets, train stations, and elsewhere. Fillings can include minced meat, fish, jam, mashed potatoes, dried apricots, and more. The entire production process, from loading the dough and filling to dispensing the finished pies, is carried out automatically in the AZHZP-M automatic pastry machine. This fully automated pie production process is preferable for customers due to its hygiene, eliminating human contact with the product.

Features and operating principle of the machine:
In the AZhZP-M machine, the dough and filling used to produce the pies are prepared separately and periodically, and are manually loaded into the machine's corresponding bins as they are used. The receiving tray is also replaced manually as it fills with finished pies.
The AZhZP-M device automatically performs the following technological operations:
- dosing the dough, dosing the minced meat, forming a dough tube with the minced meat inside it;
- separating the pie blanks, grouping the blanks into 4 pieces and transferring them to the proofing conveyor;
- proofing of the pie blanks and transferring them in groups of 4 pieces onto the conveyor of the frying device;
- frying the blanks, dispensing the finished pies 4 at a time.

The apparatus for producing patties AZhZP-M consists of the following devices:
The main supporting structures of the AZhZP-M machine gun are the frame and the stand and frame attached to it.
A distribution block is mounted on the stand, ensuring the coordinated operation of the main mechanisms of the AZhZP-M machine.
The molder (distribution unit) flanges house the minced meat hopper and dough hopper, secured with handles. The frame houses the patty grouping mechanism, fryer, proofing conveyor, ventilation system, oil system, pneumatic system, and electrical equipment.
The receiving tray, for storing finished pies, is mounted on rotating brackets. A drip tray prevents oil from spilling onto the floor.
