    GoodFood DM6 Donut Maker The body is made of stainless steel. The working surface is 270 x 185 mm with a non-stick coating. Loading capacity: 6 pcs./cycle. Baked product diameter is 75 mm, opening is 20 mm. Productivity is at least 70 pcs./hour. Single-station. Heating is carried out simultaneously from above and below. Temperature controller 50-300 C. Timer 0-5 min. Removable tray around the bottom work surface collects excess dough and makes cleaning easy. Stable base with rubber feet.

    Method of preparation: First, pour the batter into the molds, close the lid, and set the cooking time. After the machine beeps, open the lid and remove the finished product. Important! The dough recipe should allow for the product to rise, so that the top of the mold also fills up and the product turns out beautiful and smooth.

    Добрый день. Под любой аппарат, который выпекает нужна вытяжка.. Данная модель небольшого размера, можно попробовать установить небольшую бытовую вытяжку. В идеале конечно профессиональная вытяжка из нержавейки.
