Mounted above the fryer on a special bracket, it features a unique head for forming donuts of varying weights. 3. Control unit with electric heater. Heats and maintains the set temperature in the fryer. Maximum temperature: 180°C. 4. Basket. Used for unloading finished donuts. The donut maker is operated manually. The dough is poured into a mechanically driven dough dispenser. The dispenser is operated by a staff member, who presses the handle to form a doughnut, which is then lowered from the dispenser into the fryer. The fryer is pre-filled with fryer oil. The doughnuts are flipped manually. The doughnut-making process takes on average one to several minutes, depending on the temperature and consistency of the dough. During this time, the doughnut must be flipped. Once ready, the doughnuts are removed from the fryer.
